After a long day yesterday at the beach then Avenues to meet some friends, I ended up with my best friend in Al Mayass Restaurant in Shik resort. It was my first time going there. I’ve always heard about the place and how yummy it is…till last night I had to experience it. At first I didn’t like the interior it’s too gloomy but then you get used to it. The food…omg what can I say about the food..it’s absolutely delicious. I tried some Armenian dishes which really tasted good…thks to my semi-armenian friend…:P The whole atmosphere was great especially the table next to us they were so funnyyyy that they didn’t have any subject to talk about other than fashion and food…some of the tidbits ” shefto collection DnG el yedeeda…qasdik Dolce and Gabbana..la2 i’m talking about DnG..looooooooooooool ” this shows how they’re into fashion a lot…:P Then they shifted to food so one of the girls sitting was asking the other girl facing her…Do you like caviar? no answer from her friend..then she says do u like salmon? turkey? and roast beef? ya3ni if ur talking about sea food what does turkey and roast beef got to do with it…I could have stayed longer just to lmao..all in all it was fun fun fun!..:)

June 27, 2008I know am been so lazy to write these days. Actually I’m so busy at work since the 2nd quarter is closing and we got our targets to achieve before end of June. I’ve been crazy at work making deals with clients,getting new business to the bank..preparing for the next quarter…managing some staff..attending training courses..literally am swamped with work. It’s been like 10 days there’s no rest at all just one shift from 8am till 9pm. However am happy with what am doing because I’m getting promoted end of June which will open to me new doors in my career….this is what am looking for now. And at weekends am always out with friends or at the beach so also no time to write…however I felt bad today about this issue …so ENJOY MY POST…:P

I knew last night that the fashion icon Yves Saint Laurent died suffering from chronic illness. He was 71. YSL dedicated a lot to the fashion industry throughout his years.He contributed to the evolution of modern women through fashion.He died just after a week of the opening of an exhibition named after him at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
In 2002, Yves Saint Laurent retired from haute couture 40 years after the start of his career in 1962. He then decided to create the Fondation Pierre Bergé-Yves Saint Laurent with his long-time companion and business partner, Pierre Bergé. The foundation’s goal is to contribute to the development of the fashion industry by providing training and grants to young, promising talents and to offer financial support to the cultural sector.
The Laurent-Perrier Group announced the appointment of Stephane Tsassis as deputy general manager of the group. Tsassis managed several perfume and luxury products such as Jean Pail Gaultier, Issey Miyake,and others and till now he is the GM of Guerlain .
