Well I was bored since morning, so I decided to cook mexican food and as I promised my blogger friend 4th ring road..” the chef guy “…here some pics.
Get like two chicken breast and cut them into little strips depending on the nb of people.
I used white pepper,chicken seasoning,ginger and oregano. I like using oregano in all food.
Add a small tablespoon of corn oil and put the mixture of spices and chicken on heat for like 5 mins
Mixture of red kidney beans,green beans,onion,red and yellow bell peppers,corn,corn cubs,tomato.
Mix the above with the chicken I did earlier and put them for like 10 mins on the stove.

Ingredients :
- 200 grs of chicken breast
- red kidney beans and green beans
- onion (one piece)
- red and yellow bell pepper ( 2 pieces)
- corn (one can)
- corn cubs (one can)
- tomato (one piece)
First you clean the chicken breast,then cut them into strips. Add some chicken seasoning,oregano and ginger to give them a tast. You heat the frying pan and add a teaspoon of corn oil. You cook the chicken for like 5 mins just to change color.
On the other side, you boil the beans for a while make sure not to over boil them. Then you add the other ingredients,tomato cut it into small dices,same for the bell pepper and onion. You also add the corn to the whole mixture. Heat the ingredients for like 5 mins with a sprinkle of salt on it. Then you add them all together with the chicken for like 10 mins.
Get then two cups of Uncle Bens rice and add to it a cup of water,let it boil for around 10 mins then add some corn to the rice if u like.

Central Bank sent a memo today to all banks requesting to merge their two shifts into one which will be from 8 am to 4 pm. However, the commercial areas will stay the same due to the importance of the evening shift for companies in these areas.
This decision will be implemented after Ramadan hopefully. At last, I’ll be able to have another day to spend in the afternoon!!

Well it’s the last day of our long weekend, it was relaxing to an extent. I know many of you took the advantage and travelled and some stayed here. Don’t know how i’ll cope with sunday..ufft. Anyways enjoy your day…tan,drink and dance…:P
I ordered from ” THE KITCHEN ” today. It’s my second time and actually I was over satisfied with the food. My order was Gnocchi,Potato Rosti and Steak Sandwich. Everything was great and to my expectations. Their service is excellent,they had some delay and called me earlier that the order will be 15 mins late. After 3 hours they called me back to get my feedback about the food. Well I don’t think that restaurants do this service. I got to say thumbs up for CHEF ADLA AL-SHARHAN. I really recommend this place for trial. They’re located in SHAAB AL BAHRI, BLOC 8 , DAHAB STREET,BLDG 47.
I’m a regular customer with 6alabat although they delay the orders a lot and they make me boil sometimes but due to the variety of restaurants they have listed makes me order from them. I ordered from ” THE KITCHEN ” and paid via K-NET. It’s my first time checking my account statement when I order from 6alabat and actually I was surprised to see that the company stated in my statement was ” EYE BUY INTERNATIONAL ” .
What is ” EYE BUY INTERNATIONAL ” and what it has to do with 6alabat.com ? Can anyone explain please?
