Gym Assessment…
I am so happy with my gym assessment results yesterday. Actually I was surprised with the results even my trainer was amazed by the good job I did. Before a month I was 88.5 kg and after my continuous gym training I dropped 4.2 kgs. Now my next step is to start building up muscles.
Nothing is better than healthy food and a good gym!
MR LEBANON 2012…
It seems that Mr.Lebanon is a trend that every year it should be done. Tonight the event was aired on TV with the Lebanese Diva Haifa Wehbe who was stunning!
The winner was Rudolph Bou Nader.
Kuwait Bike Show 2012…
Today I passed by Marina Crescent to find that they’re hosting Kuwait Bike Show 2012. The biggest participating team were Kuwait chapter were most of their bikes won.
It’s good to see how much people in this country adore bikes. I personally loved the green one below which won the 1st place!

Nicolas Jebran a famous Lebanese designer is paving his way to a global success after he designed a jacket for the fame monster LADY GAGA. Yes, the famous pop icon requested from him to design a red leather jacket with crystal spikes.
Also Nicolas is working on a huge collection of dresses to be displayed in a hollywood movie with a famous star.
Nicolas started his fashion career in UAE where his first collection was displayed in Burj Al Arab, then he moved to Abu Dhabi and made his own fashion house. After 7 years, he decided to come back to Lebanon for good.

She’s Iraqi orign, British citizen, studied in Beirut and graduated there in 1972. Then she started her career in the world of engineering and architecture where she stood as a remarkable print in the world of creativity.
