It’s been a month and half now in the gym with only one day off per week. I train daily for an hour and half which is fair enough. I’m so happy that I lost 3 kilos so far and my body is becoming toned. I am committed to continue training till I reach the fitness level I want. On the other hand, a quick reminder for those who are training, you need to eat well. And when I say well it means like 6 times a day.
