In October 2011, Gulf Bank launched their “GB PROMISE” campaign that dealt directly with customers and how to service them effectively and efficiently. The campaign covered 5 areas or products mainly which were loans,credit cards,salaries,ATM cards and queuing. The campaign was very successful and so much positive feedback was taken from the market that some other banks tried to imitate too. To go ahead with the campaign, new TV ADs were done to highlight more the concept of the bank’s new strategy towards its customers.
